Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via Canada Post or UPS. All shipments include tracking information which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

  • Orders over $300 CAD: FREE shipping
  • Orders under $300 CAD: $15 flat rate shipping
  • Express shipping available at checkout

Delivery Times

  • Ontario & Quebec: 1-2 business days
  • Western Canada: 3-5 business days
