Unopened Products
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in resalable condition.
Opened Products
Due to the nature of our products and for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Once a product seal has been broken, it cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
